Aspire Apprenticeships combine practical training on a fulltime job with learning and developing relevant skills to the role and organisation within the insurance and personal finance sector.

All standards and frameworks within the Aspire Apprenticeship Programme are aligned with CII qualifications and all apprentices who successfully complete their programme gain professional certification in their chosen field.

Apprenticeships have equivalent educational levels, as follows.

  • Intermediate, level 2, GCSE
  • Advanced, level 3, A level
  • Higher, level 4,5,6 and 7, Foundation degree and above
  • Degree, 6 and 7, Bachelor’s or master’s degree

You can apply for an apprenticeship while you’re still at school. To start one, you’ll need to be:

  • 16 or over by the end of the summer holidays
  • living in the UK
  • not in full-time education
